At Stephantheconnector.com, we value your time and trust—and we appreciate you respecting ours in return. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for services provided by Stephan Germain (“The Connector”).

1. Cancellations by the Client

More than 24 hours' notice:
Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
12 to 24 hours' notice:
50% refund, or full credit applied toward a future service.
Less than 12 hours' notice or no-show:
No refund. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at Stephan’s discretion.

2. Cancellations by Stephan Germain

If Stephan must cancel a scheduled service due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond his control (e.g., severe weather, vehicle issues):

A full refund will be issued or
A reschedule will be offered at a discounted rate or no cost

3. Delays or Missed Connections

If a delay on Stephan’s part causes a missed connection (such as a flight or scheduled appointment), and it was within his control, a partial refund or credit may be offered. However, Stephan is not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic or road closures
Weather conditions
Inaccurate client-provided information
Acts of nature or other unforeseeable events

4. Multi-Day or Prepaid Services

For prepaid or multi-day services (e.g., long-distance trips or event coordination):

75% refund if canceled more than 3 days in advance
50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours in advance
No refund if canceled within 24 hours of the start time

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email stephantheconnector@gmail.com with the following:

Your name
Date and time of the scheduled service
Reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
