Welcome to Stephantheconnector.com. By booking or using services offered by Stephan Germain (“The Connector”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Stephantheconnector.com offers independent coordination and transportation services, including but not limited to:

  • Local and regional rides

  • Travel and transportation scheduling

  • Airport pickups/drop-offs

  • Personal errand assistance

  • Light moving or delivery coordination

Stephan Germain is not a licensed travel agent under a registered agency, but operates under Georgia state business laws as an independent service provider.

2. Client Responsibility

By using Stephan’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (addresses, flight info, etc.)

  • Be on time for scheduled pickups and drop-offs

  • Respect vehicle cleanliness and personal conduct

  • Notify of cancellations or changes in a timely manner (at least 24 hours in advance, unless emergency)

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/debit via Square or other third-party payment apps

  • Venmo/Cash App/Zelle (if agreed upon)

A late cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply for cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled service.

4. Liability & Limitations

Stephan Germain is fully committed to safety and professionalism. However:

  • Stephan is not liable for missed flights, delays caused by weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond his control.

  • Stephan is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Service is provided at the client's own risk. Clients must have proper insurance for long-distance travel, if applicable.

Clients are advised to carry their own travel insurance for multi-day or long-distance travel coordination.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Stephan Germain reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:

  • Exhibits disrespectful, threatening, or unsafe behavior

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances

  • Violates agreed-upon terms repeatedly

6. Georgia State Compliance

Stephantheconnector.com operates as a sole proprietorship under Georgia law. Stephan Germain is not affiliated with a licensed travel agency and provides coordination services based on client-provided information. Clients understand and accept these terms under Georgia Code § 10-1-393.9, which governs fair business practices related to travel sales and services.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
