Booking & Service Policies
1. Reservation and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed once full payment and required trip details are received.

A confirmation message and calendar invite will be sent once your ride is fully booked.

A reminder message will be sent prior to your scheduled service.
2. Cancellation & Changes
-
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 booking and administrative fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Changes to pickup time or location are subject to availability and may result in pricing adjustments.
3. Pricing, Discounts & Fees

All pricing is clearly communicated in advance based on pickup location, destination, timing, and number of passengers.

A credit card processing fee may apply.

Any promotional discount, referral code, or special offer must be entered on the booking form at the time of booking in order to be applied.

Discounts cannot be added retroactively after the booking has been submitted or payment has been processed.

Promotional offers apply only within their stated validity period.

Once payment is received, the quoted price is locked for that booking.
4. Flight Delays & Airport Policies

Flight pickups are monitored in real time using flight-tracking software.

Pickup times automatically adjust for flight delays at no additional charge.

If a flight is canceled, the ride may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
5. Service Experience

All services are provided by licensed and insured professional drivers.

Vehicles are clean, comfortable, and equipped with amenities such as bottled water, climate control, and phone chargers.

Custom quotes are available for long-distance, multi-stop, or group transportation.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal information is collected solely to provide transportation services and communicate regarding your booking.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
7. Gratuity Policy (Effective March 1)

In order to align our practices with industry standards and ensure our professional drivers are properly compensated, a 20% service gratuity is included on all charges beginning March 1.

This guaranteed gratuity simplifies the process for families and clients — there is no need to calculate tips, bring cash, or coordinate additional payments.

The total amount due at booking reflects all charges, including the included gratuity.

Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from booking to drop-off.
